Job Description Your responsibilities will include conducting market and competitor analysis, handling leasing negotiations, identifying suitable locations for business expansion, presenting the retail concept to potential landlords, assessing the existing store portfolio for rent reduction, lease renewals, and termination, as well as being involved in store development and expanding the retail operations.
