JOB ID:34588 EH C(A40) Job Postion: Pre-Sales Technical Manager Company Background: Distribution of PC Components Salary Package:RM7,000 & above + Commission + Incentive Working Hour:9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 1pm (Saturday) Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Meru Selatan Job Description: Pre-sales support including full range of company products, network technical solution, highlights proposal and etc. Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with clients. Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals / presentations to clients. Responsible for product solution designing and ensure the solution is competitive. Identify clients requirements and coordinate with the sales team to ensure that the clients requirements are able to meet. To understand clients business and technical requirements. To handle clients inquiries and technical related issues. Job Requirement: Experienced in networking product like Switch, Wireless Access Point, Router and other networking related product. Bachelors Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering. Good knowledge in the fields of Business Network system such as GPON, Gateway, Switch, AP and IP CCTV. At least 5 years work experiences on Business Network domain or technical domain. Capability to communicate with and influence customers: including technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation with customers. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with associates. Experienced in handling and troubleshoot technical issues.
