• Process accounts payable vouchers for payment requests and advances 
• Records expenses from liquidations of advances and other financial transactions 
• Monitors outstanding advance balances of employees 
• Prepares summary report for cash advance balances for reconciliation purposes. 
• Assists in gathering resources needed in the preparation of financial reports
• Assists in the internal audit processes
• Attends to queries regarding work related concerns
