- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the patient intake team
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information and intake forms
- Review and assess patient eligibility for services and determine appropriate course of action
- Provide guidance and support to the patient intake team, including training, coaching, and performance management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient intake process and resolve any issues or concerns
- Monitor and analyze patient intake metrics and provide reports to management
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and best practices
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare or medical field
- Previous experience in patient intake or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Residing within NCR, Region 4 or Region 3 only
