• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven success in senior-level business development roles, demonstrating hunger and a strong work ethic
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviors
• Proficient in market research, analysis, and strategic planning
