Warehouse Manager

The company is the leading importer and distributor of industrial mechanical equipments. They are authorized dealers of KITZ Corporation & Yoshitake Japan. Job Brief: We are looking for an experienced WAREHOUSE MANAGER in Lahore to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the efficiency of the workflow. Responsibilities: 1) Strategically manage multiple warehouses in compliance with the company's policies and vision 2) Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations 3) Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures 4) Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security 5) Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system 6) Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies 7) Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results Requirements and skills: 1) 5+ years of warehouse management experience 2) BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration from a reputable university 3) Warehouse Management skills & good knowledge of GMP & GDP 4) Leadership skills and ability to manage staff 5) Strong decision-making, problem-solving and excellent communication skills 6) Ability to work within tight timelines with an excellent Customer Service approach by building strong & effective working relationships with all the clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
