Job Description

HR Data Analyst Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt HR Data Analyst About the job HR Data Analyst Job Purpose: Extract, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic HR initiatives and optimize employee-related processes. Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify key metrics and data needs. Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytical tools. Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Develop predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate future HR needs and trends. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes, policies, and programs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and metrics. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Advanced Excel) is a must (e.g., SQL, Python & Tableau) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
