Culinary Expertise and Creativity:Possess professional-caliber culinary skills with a track record of cooking at a high level in professional kitchens. Demonstrate creativity in recipe development, food showcases, and contemporary food styling.Customer Engagement and Conversion:Have a proven track record of successfully converting customers, showing an ability to meet with them regularly, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of plant-based products.Technical Proficiency and Innovation:Exhibit technical experience in developing tailored product solutions, leading culinary training sessions, and supporting innovation projects. Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the testing of product functionality and claims.Communication and Relationship Building:Showcase excellent communication skills to serve as the culinary and technical expert, collaborating with distributors, sales teams, and customers.
