To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[Process Engineering Preparation Supervisor]] in our plant in [[Fayoum]]. Detailed description of main activities: - Representative Preparation/Pre-assembly process owner in the plant, coordination of relative activities with central function & other plants, Equipment installation & validation. - Control and receive all equipment during a new project or an ongoing need for serial life. - Ensure the movement of equipment during a change of layout. - Validate equipment according to Yazaki procedures: Calibration Setting Capability studies - Prepare representative Cosee preparation. - Coordinate with other departments, PTC and other Yazaki plants. - Manage the team, surplus and equipment transfer. - Pilot actions dedicated to the team. - Participate in improving the quality, safety and environmental actions. Job Qualifications: - BSc. Engineering. - 4~6 Years of experience preferred in same industry. - Good communication skills. - Leadership and organizational skills.
