The menu is free of processed foods and refined sugar, using natural sweeteners like jaggery, honey, khandsari sugar, and dates. The restaurant also has a bakery segment called Mitti Bakes, offering low-calorie baked goods and vegan options. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at Mitti - Organic. Fresh. Desi. in Indore. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing budgets, and hiring and training staff. The General Manager will also oversee P&L management and maintain high standards of customer service. Qualifications

• P&L Management and Budgeting skills
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Hiring and Training skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
