We are Hiring for Business Analyst (Digital Banking) || Hyderabad Experience: 5+ Years Timings: Regular Shift Location: Hyderabad/Indore WFO - 5 days Valuelabs Head Office Job Type: Full Time CTC: Best in the Market NP: 15 days - 30 days We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team for an exciting Digital banking project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of Digital banking, particularly functionalities in Mobile banking and Internet banking. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Digital banking initiatives. • Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and use cases. • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance Digital banking offerings .• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Quality Assurance to ensure successful project delivery. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders. • Create and maintain project documentation such as business requirements documents, process flows, and system diagrams. • Perform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and processes. • Support testing efforts by participating in test case review, test execution, and defect triage. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. • Solid understanding of Digital banking concepts and functionalities, with specific expertise in Mobile banking and Internet banking. • Proven track record of gathering and documenting business requirements for complex projects. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite.
