Overview
Quest is an award-winning IT management software provider offering a broad selection of solutions that solve challenging IT problems for businesses. We are currently looking for a Human Resources (HR) Services Analyst with proficient German language ability who will be responsible for providing HR services and employee support for Germany, Switzerland and where required within the EMEA region. This position forms part of the EMEA HR Services Team, reporting to the HR Services Manager and will be based in Cork.Responsibilities
- You will provide daily operational support with record keeping, new hire onboarding, employee offboarding, internal transfer, employment contracts, reference letters, allowance changes, leave of absence and absence tool management.
- You will be responsible for streamlining and simplifying end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will be the first point of contact for employees on HR related questions.
- You will be responsible for preparing reports for benefits insurance brokers and monthly changes for payroll.
- You will collaborate with the benefits team on the delivery of a wide range of team members benefit administration/programs such as insurance, pension, allowances, medical/ social benefits and claims.
- As a member of the HR Services EMEA team you will provide onboarding support to new employees joining our company before their hire date and up to 90 days after they are hired.
Qualifications
Required- Fluency in German (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Customer Service oriented, high level of data accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2+ level).
Desirable:
- BSc degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field, or a comparable education in the field of human resources is desired.
- 2 years+ relevant experience working in HR environment is preferred.
- Experience with HR tools such as Dayforce HR (HRIS), HR ServiceNow (HR tickets) and Adobe Sign (creating/sending documents) is desired.
