Craft Beer Distribution Sales Support

Job Title: Sales Support Staff - Craft Beer Distributor Eastern Craft is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Staff to join our craft beer distribution team. The Sales Support Staff will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, managing online sales inventory and orders, overseeing the delivery schedule and process, visiting customers, and assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of draft beer equipment. Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information and support.
• Order stock from warehouse according to orders received.
• Manage online sales inventory and orders, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely delivery of orders.
• Manage the delivery schedule and process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
• Visit customers to maintain and build relationships, provide support, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of draft beer equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of craft beer and the craft beer industry preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, such as cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
