Manager Operations -MICE / Corporate Travel

Oversee the end-to-end operational management of events, conferences, and exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of services. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to plan and execute logistics, including venue selection, accommodation, transportation, catering, AV production, and staffing. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and optimize resources to maximize efficiency and profitability. Implement quality control measures and risk management protocols to mitigate potential issues and ensure a positive experience for clients and attendees. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to event management and operations, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve processes and services. Min Qualifications : Graduate and above . Degree/Diploma in Tourism is preffered.
