For more information and career opportunities you may visit Summary of Role The role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees & managers/ leaders in designated business units and will cover all aspects of HRBP along with driving Talent Management initiatives with an aim to provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to Managers and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. HR Partnering:
- Work with leadership team in assigned business units to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
- Partner w/ business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
- Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee experience to recommend systemic improvements.
- Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-levelling.
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
- Forming strong relationships with the leadership, managers, and team to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment.
- Drive and lead initiatives programs for effective talent management &enhance employee engagement initiatives in relevant business areas.
- Support Leaders, Managers, and team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Lead the work to regularly review within the business areas, talent management practices including performance/potential management, resource planning and succession planning and align with leaders
- Identifies training needs for business units and implementing learning and development programs
- Partner with HR Leads to design and execute relevant interventions
- Drive and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement initiatives in relevant business areas.
- Works closely with leaders, managers, and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- To deliver and report on the employee pulse check survey and to ensure feedback from employees is collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee engagement.
- Master’s Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
- Candidates should have at least7-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management
- Ability to manage senior management stakeholders
