Sector: Consumer Department: Consumer Planning & Performance Country: Bahrain Location: Bahrain - Manama Contract Type: Full Time Job Objective:: To participate in the development of yearly roadmap by performing daily demand planning and management as well as project activities including collecting, prioritizing, and monitoring implementation of Consumer requests to enhance sales, performance, and revenue for the Consumer sector. Job Specifications:: Demand Planning & Management Assist with the development of yearly roadmap, including collecting and prioritising Consumer requests to support Application Development and Analytics. Manage development cycle performance reporting and KPI performance. Collaborate with product development team to develop and execute all stages of the product delivery (Product definition, development, testing and release and continuous improvement).Assist in the creation and maintenance of product specifications, technical drawings, and documentation. Managing Agile delivery teams and ensuring their adherence to the governance process. Contribute to the successful execution of projects or initiatives to enhance growth in the Consumer sector. Lead and perform daily operational demand planning and management activities to contribute to the achievement of the Consumer Planning & Performance targets and objectives. Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery team (e.g., during UAT testing) to ensure alignment and unity of action in order to efficiently achieve departmental objectives. Change Management, Continuous Improvement and Compliance Ensure adherence of all agile teams to governance and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the department’s systems, processes, and practices considering international best practices, improvement of business processes and cost optimization. Research relevant regional and global market trends to stay up to date with best practices and drive relevant initiatives for improvements. Qualification & Experience:: Minimum requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Communications / Engineering or any other related field

Preferred :

• Master’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Communications / Engineering or any other related field or MBA
• Degree in IT / Computer Information Systems, Business Information systems , Engineering degree (MBA is a plus).
