Today, they manage clean energy projects in Europe on in wind, solar and battery storage. Over the past 10 years, they have successfully exited these investments for net proceeds of over €1bn. Their Asset Management division excels at leveraging advanced monitoring systems and data analytics to ensure maximum up-time and optimal return on investment for their clients. As part of their growth plans, they are looking to expand their team with skilled professionals in Asset Management and O&M. This presents a unique opportunity for you to contribute your expertise and play a key role in their continued success. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of renewable energy assets, including wind farms, solar parks, and other renewable energy facilities.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimiseperformance, minimisedowntime, and maximiseprofitability.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the performance of assets and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, landowners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead asset enhancement initiatives, such as performance improvements, technical upgrades, and operational efficiency projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights into asset performance, operational challenges, and investment opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in asset management, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industry.
• Strong technical understanding of renewable energy technologies and operations, including wind, solar, and energy storage systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement asset management strategies to optimiseperformance and maximisevalue.
• Excellent analyticskills, with the ability to analysecomplex data sets and financial models.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the renewable energy industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
