Overview Manages all service calls and work order tasks to completion. Maintains control of work order counts and controls. Tracks all Contract Deliverables, PM’s and acquires full knowledge of the PWS requirements within the Work Control AOR. Must be able to assign tasks to the Work Control staff and train everyone to maintain the Maximo system fully. Works directly and indirectly with our customers to fulfill their data needs. Will have the supervisory task of maintaining V2X and Government Maximo data entry. Holds regular work control meetings and directs the priority of the work to the trades to stay in compliance with he PWS. Responsibilities

  • Ensures existing facilities are properly allocated and maintained to meet Mission requirements and their conditions are properly documented in a timely manner.
  • Ensure technical documentation is properly reviewed and maintained and made available in a timely manner.
  • Update installation plans, facility plans, building history files, and street address listing.
  • Answers service calls as required and either complete the work alone or assign other personnel in work order or service call completion.
  • Ensure technical documents and reference materials are properly maintained and made available in a timely manner.
  • Reviews project specifications concerning assistance required, such as job plan preparation, acceptance testing, and evaluation of field conditions, design changes, and reports.
  • Maintaining detailed records of validity tests and upgrades performed
  • Log maintenance tasks that were completed on what dates and when certain tasks should be performed again in the future.
  • Create, track and update trouble tickets as necessary.
  • May be required to work on Host Nation and US holidays.
  • Performs other duties and assignments as required.
  • Trains personnel on technical and administrative.
  • Adheres to the established V2X safety and personnel policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Interfaces with external and internal customers as required maximizing productivity and minimizing lost time in a professional, pleasant, and courteous manner.
  • Assists all contract management personnel with planning and determining work priorities including allocation/assignment of work associated within the Maximo realm.
  • Conducts random inspections to review work while in progress. Ensures procedures are being followed while meeting the highest level of customer service standards.
  • Reviews all incoming messages, call, e-mails from customers and other inquiries and responds to them in a timely fashion with professional and intelligent responses.
  • Ensures program team members comply with PWS and quality controls to USG contractual requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
    • University degree preferred
    • Satisfactory completion of a military or recognized trade school or correspondence course (Electronics Technician), or have a minimum of 4 years apprenticeship or equivalent work experience.
