Did you know we are a Dutch company founded in 2015 and active in The Netherlands, Germany, and France? Manager Supply Chain Analytics Role

As a Manager Supply Chain Analytics at Picnic, your role is twofold: using your exceptional analytical skills to drive projects from conceptualization to implementation in different areas of Picnic's business model, and steering the expansion and scale-up phase of Picnic in Germany. You will challenge the traditional grocery industry with a disruptive business model and tackle the food waste problem by leveraging data and tech.

What You'll Do

You'll work on a wide range of projects and concepts, including supply chain optimization, pricing strategies, assortment strategies, and expanding operations into new areas. You'll have the opportunity to drive innovation and work closely with teams in Dusseldorf, Amsterdam, and Paris to unlock the full potential of the modern milkman business model.

About You

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you should have a Master's or PhD degree in Operational Research, Mathematics, Engineering, Robotics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Physics, Business Engineering, or Supply Chain. Additionally, you should have 3-5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment involving data analytics, statistical modeling, mathematical optimization, or process simulation. Your mentoring and coaching skills should be top-notch, allowing you to bring your team to the next level.

You should possess the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a comprehensible manner to various stakeholders from different fields. Your communication skills should enable you to convert abstract plans into digestible information for your team, in both English and German. If you have experience with SQL and Python, or are eager to learn, that's a plus.

Your sharp business sense and conceptual thinking abilities will help you come up with fresh and innovative ideas. You will work closely with stakeholders like Henk, who recently became our Fulfillment Inbound Lead in The Netherlands.
