As a senior account manager you will be responsible to manage a portfolio of accounts and are responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts. Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships. Project management skills to manage the client . A big part of the role is managing the client, getting approvals, building relationship with them, solving issues etc. Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio. Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions. Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes. Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a similar role Dynamic and experienced person who can be our representative in front of the client.
