Urgent Requirement: One of the reputed Facilities Management Service Provider in UAE invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following position to join their Dubai Team. Project / Cluster Head of Soft Services – Dubai, UAE. Required Knowledge & Skills
- Facilities management experience in similar job role or a minimum of 5 years as Sr. Supervisor and handled larger projects / multiple site operations with more than 20 direct reports.
- Excellent knowledge on cleaning equipment, tools and chemicals.
- Excellent knowledge in MS office – CAFM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Attention to details and ability to work independently.
- Good report writing skills
- Good knowledge of health & safety practices at work place.
- FM related qualification ( certificate in BICSs / other cleaning accreditation preferred ).
- UAE Driving License Mandatory.
- Language : English, Hindi & Arabic Language.
