Retail sales assistant /waitressWe have an opportunity to join Jones the Grocer Restaurant in the heart of Riyadh - KAFD -. We are looking for Retail Sales Assistant that are passionate and dynamic to be part of our growing Jones family.About the Job Jones the Grocer is one of the restaurants under Grey Fox, a luxurious Food & Beverage subsidiary of Naif Alrajhi Investment.Jones the Grocer is a gourmet food retailer and award-winning café based in Australia and with stores in Cambodia, Singapore, Qatar, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. It is a food emporium that boasts a signature walk-in cheese room, charcuterie, bakery, patisserie and deli, which are set inside the café itself.Job RequirementsObjective and Expected End Result(What is done, to what & why) Customer Sales and RelationshipsAdvise, sell, and promote retail products to cultivate on-going customer relationships and positive experiences. Meet guest's special requirements. Daily Shift DutiesEnsure all retail shelves are clean and replenished, labels and signage are neat and correct, and product usage dates and quality are monitored daily. Complete all assigned side duties as required. Retail Services, Product Knowledge, and Visual MerchandisingMaintain full knowledge of all retail services, products and visual product display guidelines to successfully present and deliver them to all customers. Customer Billing and Payment ProcessingResponsible for accurate billing and payment processing of their customer transactions. Daily and Weekly ReportsComplete and submit reports on time as required. Internal Communication and CoordinationCommunicate with store management, supervisors, and customers. Communicate to help with operational issues to maintain positive teamwork within an efficient operation. HSSE & Quality AdherenceUtilize, maintain, and clean relevant equipment and retail area within HSSE guidelines for daily operations.
