IntroductionTo lead and be responsible for the design, content, and effective measurement of all digital communications for our client's company and partners influence cross-functionally with other teams to identify and develop new and innovative methods of digital communications to maximise value (revenue and income).Job DescriptionTo support the development and implementation of strategic plans for digital marketing communications and customer experience.To plan, develop and execute compelling email, social media and digital campaigns.To evaluate and test new and innovative communication tactics and channels and look at best practices.To segment needs into effective inspiring digital communications with detailed plans. JOB EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing (desirable in retail/FMCG marketing), with at least 3 years experience in digital communications, communications or public relations. Minimum of 3 years experience leading teams and creating motivating and high-performance environments.
