Female Bartender The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. Essential Functions: Understand and perform job duties to the expectations of the bar. Takes ownership of the bar, knowing the names and preferences of their guests and VIPs, greeting, seating, running etc. Executes and facilitates service in cooperation with other Bartenders, servers, and managers. Taking and making beverage orders. Welcome all guests and ensure guests receive responsive, professional, and gracious service at all times. Develops rapport with guests. Maintain a clean, safe environment all times in the bar (front bar, back bar, floor).  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Detail-oriented and self starter Strong customer service skills and emotional intelligence Ability to truly connect with guests & staff Team player  Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest Calm composure under pressure Product knowledge experts with mocktail, cocktail and mixing techniques Excellent people skills by means of a friendly, kind and likeable personality Fluent level of English Previous hotel or luxury brand experience preferred; The benefits offered by Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh: Full board shared living accommodation in a high quality, well-resourced accommodation 30 days vacation 10 days Public Holidays per year Paid home leave tickets Quality of employee meals Regular social events Free transportation to work.
