Position Summary:Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our jewellery retail store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service to provide a memorable shopping experience for our esteemed clientele.At Eram Talent, we are committed to connecting top talent with reputable companies. Join us in our mission to provide outstanding recruitment solutions and shape the retail industry.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff performance. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. Ensure exceptional customer service by providing personalized assistance, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues. Maintain the visual merchandising standards to create an elegant and attractive store environment for jewellery products. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional performance and provide ongoing training and development to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies. Evaluate and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate stock reconciliations. Monitor and control store expenses to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the jewellery industry. Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets in the retail market. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a high-performing team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and experience in creating captivating store displays for jewellery products. Proficiency in inventory management and stock control. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
