Minimum Requirements An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management. Recommendation A valid code B (or higher) driving license. NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply. Key Performance Areas Monitor, analyse and determine actions to ensure proper contract administration; Monitor contract compliance; Monitor supplier performance according to the contract and service level agreement; People Management. Competencies Knowledge of the following: Policy development; Financial norms and standards (Public Finance Management Act-PFMA; National Treasury regulations (NTR's), Provincial Treasury Directives/Instructions-PTI's); General Conditions of the Contract; Contract Management Guidelines; Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and PPPFA Regulations. BEE; Procurement activities; Procurement policies/procedures/contract management; Document management Enterprise Content Management (ECM), inclusive of registry services and policy and procedures governing these functions; Report writing. Skills in the following: Planning and organising; Interpersonal skills; Numeracy; Analytical; Conflict Management; Literacy; Driving; Computer literacy; Written and verbal communication skills; Problem Solving; Decision Making; Creative Thinking; Accounting Finance and Audit. Remuneration R per annum (Salary level 7) Note on remuneration: Service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements. Notes Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documentation for verification purposes and criminal record vetting. These candidates will be required to attend interviews on a date and time determined by the department and may also be required to undergo competency assessments/proficiency tests. The selection process will be guided by the EE targets of the employing department.
