Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and brand identity

Develop promotional materials including flyers, brochures, and digital content

Plan and coordinate events that promote their F&B outlets, including grand openings, happy hours, and holiday-themed events

Identify and build strategic partnerships with local businesses for cross-promotion opportunities

Manage and maintain all social media accounts and create compelling content for various platforms

Collect and analyze market research data to adjust campaigns or event strategy

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and offer recommendations for improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, event planning, or related field

4+ years of marketing or event planning experience in the hospitality industry

Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

Strong communication and collaborative skills

Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and executing events on time and within budget
