Our client is currently looking for a Maternity Cover Human Resources Specialist. This opportunity would suit an experienced HR Generalist who is seeking temporary work This is a varied HR role that will take on the responsibility of all aspects of the Human Resources function including HR administration, recruitment and onboarding, ensuring the company policies and procedures are compliant. In addition, you will also be responsible for performance and people management whilst handling the full employment lifecycle of employees in the Dubai office To be considered for this role, the candidate must have at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of the UAE employment law. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
