Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and present proposals, concepts, and creative deliverables to clients

- Knowledge of online and offline deliverables, including print, digital, social media, and video production

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform client strategy and creative execution

- Provide accurate and timely project status reports to clients and internal teams

- Work with internal teams to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are of high quality

Requirements:

- Arabic Speaker is a must

- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field

- 2-3 years of agency account management experience

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear manner

- A passion for creative work and a deep understanding of the creative process

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
