a-Arranging reports (Salesman's Monthly Collection Forecast Report, Salesman's Weekly Reports, Weekly Attendance Report, Quarterly Reports of Maintenance Department)
b-Filing & recording Manager's documents
c-Assisting & Coordinating with entire co-worker
d-Crossed-checking of the quotations and any documents before submitting to the Manager for signatory/approval
e-Arrange & organize meetings & to maintain a record of agendas, maintain a follow up of the tasks
f-Closing the sales orders upon receiving the work completion report and submitting the invoices for the credit customers upon closing the order
