Responsibilities:

Events Strategy and Planning:

Develop a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with the retreat's objectives, targeting different market segments and customer preferences.

Identify opportunities for new event concepts, themes, and experiences that cater to both local and international visitors.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including coordinating logistics, marketing efforts, and guest engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and introduce unique event concepts.
