The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for establishing organizational messages and keeping teams and partners informed of organizational developments:/
Responsibilities:
Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.
Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.
Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation.
Advise senior executives of developments throughout the organization, either face to face or through regular written communication.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a hotel environment.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Database management software.
The successful candidate will be an extremely organized, detail-oriented, professional, and a self-motivated team-player with excellent interpersonal skills.
