Description:
This position is responsible for selling, managing, and executing events sold across all Farah assets, along with supporting the team. This support involves overseeing event executives, liaising with operational departments to ensure successful events.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits with potential clients across all assets.
Ensure successful delivery of events such as team buildings, birthdays, school programs and corporate events.
Use CRM daily to track opportunities for each event enquiry they receive.
Raise product requests on omni and CRM as needed.
Identify and act on opportunities to up-sell.
Follow up on previously hosted events for potential repeat business.
Generate and track all opportunities on CRM.
Work weekend days when required.
Job Requirements:
Higher Secondary or Bachelor's Degree in any field
1 to 2 years of work experience
Experience in Account Management and negotiation
The ability and desire to sell
