The Manager - Analytics Engagement is responsible for being agile in bridging between the analytics product teams and the country/cross-functional teams by integrating analytics into the business-as-usual way of working to execute our Analytics Delivery and Insights roadmap. The role holder is also responsible for designing, planning and delivering analytics use-cases in a timely manner across multiple Majid Al Futtaim Retail markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Define and communicate scope, project plan, deliverables and value realization targets for use-cases in alignment with business stakeholders

Manager the deployment and adoption of 3-4 cross-functional analytics projects across 4-5 countries

Discover opportunities for new analytics projects across countries through ideation workshops

Serve as a strategic thought partner to business teams on analytics and insights

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams and other key stakeholders as their business partner, to identify the scope of improvement and drive the right processes to deliver on the business objectives

Work with the Data Analytics team to generate actionable insights and communicate the same with appropriate recommendations to business stakeholders

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a Business or quantitative subject (Analytics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, etc.)

7+ years in an Analytics agile role in an international environment; leveraging analytics to drive business decisions with the ability to demonstrate value and track record
