Job Description

Elkho Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Head to join our client, a leading Bank in the UAE. As an IT Head, you will be responsible for providing direction, knowledge, and resources for the cost-effective implementation of IT systems and infrastructure that are suitable for the business needs.

Prepare the bank's IT plan, participate in budget creation in line with business objectives, and ensure that the plan is carried out within the budget.

Supervising the implementation of software solutions and hardware infrastructure that are acquired.

Monitor new developments in the IT field, identify, and propose new systems and technologies that could cost-effectively supplement or replace existing systems.

Skills

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, preferably a Masters.

10-15 years of experience across the IT spectrum

good understanding of banking software systems and processes.

must have led a team of 20-30 people
