Job Responsibilities:
Smart Services Roadmap: Plan and monitor the implementation of the management portfolio and recommend changes to portfolio priorities
Innovation: Observing, identifying and benchmarking the latest technologies in the field of smart services effectively and evaluating their importance and value
potential in the agency
Service Agreements: Maintaining the department's service manual and ensuring the provision of services in accordance with approved service level agreements. Diagnosing service delivery problems and taking measures to develop and improve service levels .
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. computer science. software design. or Computer Engineering from a recognized university
Excellent project management skills to develop and mentor project managers
Ability to initiate and direct quality improvement projects in support of strategic and operational objectives
