Job Responsibilities:
Receive the patients with a pleasant smile and wish them.
Attend telephone calls politely and strictly adhering to telephone manners.
See if the patient is a new patient or an old patient (Already registered).
Get the information about the nature of illness and guide them to the concerned department.
To give the registration forms and help them to file and guide them to the concerned doctor.
Job Requirements:
Graduate desirable but not mandatory.
Experienced candidate preferred
Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic desirable but not mandatory.
If the information is not clear then send the patient to the Customer care dept.
