The Quality Assurance and Change Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance and change department and direct and indirect staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes. She will also drive Business process impact and value delivery identification and tracking as well as communication strategies and plans for EIT Transformational projects.
Job Responsibilities
Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and third party vendors
Ensures that Quality management plans are created, updated and executed for all product deliveries (through projects or Agile PODs)
Coaches teams to a Quality-first mindset
Oversees that the full quality assurance process (including code reviews, artifact reviews and product testing processes) are executed appropriately and as per the agreed development / QA established approach
Ensures the Identification and analysis of defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field; Project Management Certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum. Agile (Scrum/Safe) certification.
Solid experience in Change Management
10 years of experience in related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral & written) andcustomer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
