Description:
The Social Media Coordinator is liable for developing original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. He / she is responsible for increasing web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which engage audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
Support in the creation of relevant post captions and hashtags and ensuring translation is correct and reviewed.
Act as the voice of BFL Group on the front lines for responses to customer social media DMs, comments and google reviews and other customer contacts during the Support Experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing/communications or similar.
Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic (Arabic is a must)
A passion for Marketing/social media and community building.
