Kineticis working with a leadingMedical Devicecompany who are hiring aField Application Specialistto be based inDubai.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for new customer implementations and user training.

Present the company's product and provide technical information.

Support customer product evaluations.

Develop and maintain good client relationships.

Build support infrastructure and processes, developing documentation and training materials.

Analyse case trends and provide report/feedback for product improvements.

Manage and resolve customer support issues.

Assist in installations and provide onsite training.

Requirements:

Strategic thinker, self-starter, independent and hands-on.

Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to travel 50% as required.
