As a Content Designer, you will be at the forefront of delivering top-notch product and communication experiences for our customers by translating communication content from English to Arabic.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop deep domain knowledge of the your tribe and team up with the squads to solve the toughest problems.

Copy for you isn't just words - you'll spend a lot more time understanding the problem space, understanding user flows, and working with designers to design a delightful customer experience.

Ensure content strategy and copy decisions align with the team's broader roadmap.

Plan, write edit, test, and improve the current and new content including user interface language, microcopy, help content, labels, and navigation.

Make copy recommendations based on your project's goals, advocating for clear and concise content solutions that meet user needs and achieve business goals.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a Content Designer / UX Writer or a Content Strategist working on mobile or web products that have been released to the market.

Fluent in English and Arabic

Positive, collaborative attitude with a passion for creating, editing, and planning online content.

A solid history of outstanding writing and a portfolio of strong examples with stories of how your approach and role led to meaningful improvements
