As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. It's essential that you have experience in the fintech industry, with a strong understanding of forex and CFD trading. Additionally, a strong understanding of CRM software like HubSpot is required.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Create email content and messaging that resonates with our target audience, with an emphasis on the fintech industry, forex, and CFD trading.

Manage email subscriber lists and segmentations to ensure targeted messaging.

Continuously optimise email campaigns through A/B testing and analysis of campaign performance.

Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategy and goals.

Utilise CRM software like HubSpot to track and analyse customer behaviour and engagement and use this data to inform email marketing campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and the fintech industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

At least 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions.

Strong understanding of the fintech industry, forex, and CFD trading.

Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Campaign Monitor.

Knowledge of email best practices, including A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability.

Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.

Experience working with CRM software like HubSpot to track and analyse customer behaviour and engagement.
