Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services and amenities, as well as local attractions and events

Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently

Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action to improve guest satisfaction

Maintain accurate guest records and ensure guest information is kept confidential

Train and supervise guest relations colleagues to ensure they provide exceptional customer service

Foster positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and positive reviews

Participate in hotel events and promotions to promote the hotel's brand and services

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel

Detailed oriented with a strong eye for details

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Fluent in English, both written and oral

Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
