Job Responsibilities:
a-Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
b-Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrolment and changes to employee benefits plans
c-Management on monthly payroll inputs for small group of employees including coordination on employee enquiries, reconciliation etc.
d-Manage sensitive HR data reporting and dashboard creation. Preferable for the candidate to ideally should have some degree of fluency in using Office 365 and Power BI
Job Requirements:
a-1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
b-Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technology
c-Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies across various channels
