ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute commercial programs and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion (from oder to cash).Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, to define program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities and trends in the berry industry.Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and customers to align program activities and expectations.Monitor program performance and KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Identify risks and issues proactively, and develop mitigation plans to ensure program success.Drive continuous improvement and optimization of commercial programs and processes.Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.Candidate ProfileExperience Matters: Proven track record in project management, process design and implementation. You've got the know-how to evaluate and develop systems that drive efficiency. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the fresh produce or agricultural industry.Global Perspective: Beyond regional boundaries, you'll connect with global process owners and other stakeholders, but also senior leaders.
