For Driscoll's we are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Sales Director Europe who will be at the forefront of shaping and executing a robust commercial strategy that aligns seamlessly with both regional and organizational objectives.The Sales Director Europe is at the forefront of shaping and executing a robust commercial strategy that aligns seamlessly with both regional and organizational objectives. Your primary responsibility entaisl overseeing the Commercial P&L for Europe, meticulously managing revenue, deal margins, expenses, and overall profitability. Your role involves closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sustainable growth and profitability, with the authority to implement necessary corrective measures, particularly in areas like claims and accounts receivable. Your acute awareness of market dynamics, customer demands, and competitive opportunities is fundamental in guiding strategic decision-making processes. You play a vital role in devising and implementing pricing strategies and customer engagement initiatives aimed at propelling Driscoll's achievements.
