Do you enjoy being part of team that provides high-quality project delivery for our customersAre you a Billings and Collection Specialist looking for a new challengeJoin our TeamResponsible for Credit and Collection function: Monthly Statements, regular follow-up, allocation of payments and discounts, regular customer visits, regular reconciliation, Ageing financial analysis, monthly forecast and daily management.Partner with the BestKeep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debtsPlan course of action to recover outstanding paymentsLocate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment statusNegotiate payoff deadlines or payment plansHandle questions or complaintsInvestigate and resolve discrepanciesCreate trust relationships with debtors when possible, to avoid future issuesUpdate account status and database regularlyAlert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessaryComply with requirements when legal action is unavoidableExpertise and Leadership Anchors:Manage Government accounts and customersBachelor of commerce - Finance and Accounting5+ years debit or credit collection including NUPCO experience Healthcare and Medical background - preferably Diagnostics Strong Team player - Inclusive and good communication abilitiesAbility to positively adapt in a changing environmentAction/Result oriented with strong time-management skillsGood Relationship abilities in NUPCO and strong problem solverGood Excel skills, word, and power-point At Danaher we bring together science, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology.
