ResponsibilitiesThe Safety & Security Officer will carry on the following responsibilities:The Security Officer shall perform all post duties and assignments strictly according to the directions and supervision of the Shift Security Service Leader (Supervisor)Maintain the highest levels of security, safety and guest service standards throughout the tour of duty for all Hotel Guests, patrons, visitors and Hotel employees in accordance with established Hotel policies and lawSuccess Profile for this roleLeadership And CommunicationPractice and promote open, caring and collaborative communication with all colleaguesMotivationPractice positive reinforcement, recognise personal achievements and offer constructive criticismTeamworkNurture strong team working cultureConsistently demonstrate fairness and objectivenessGuest Relations / SatisfactionHandle guest queries efficiently and effectively to maintain high guest satisfaction.Enhance guest satisfaction through personal contact with guests, cultivating and developing excellent guest relationsProactively carry out direct Guest Service activities such as door opening and greetings, luggage assisting, escorting guests to outlets etcRequirementsGood in English.Previous Experience in 5 stars Hotels.fixable with work shifts.Saudi National.
