Company Profile An Insurtech start-up is now expanding in Japan, in light of pent-up customer demand from some of the largest insurers. The Role As the Engagement Manager you will be one of the first and key members of their Japan launch, leading cutting-edge deployments throughout the whole customer journey (pre ~ post sales).
- Act as the client enagement lead, owning the whole post-sales process re-engineering business processes, implementation, on-boarding, and driving adoption
- Lead Proof of Concepts (POC) acting as project manager and technical advisor, build business cases around value outcomes
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adoption, from C-suite to daily users
- Actively identifying opportunities for cross-selling or increasing penetration, in coordination with the GTM and Product teams.
- Track-record of successfully leading complex projects as a project manager
- Experiene in requirement definition and translating them into tangible technology solutions
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships across enterprise customers, from the C level to staff level
- Japanese (Fluent level - Native) / English (Business level)
- Experience working for a Management/Technology Consulting firm
- Experience in SaaS deployments
- Strong interest in the latest technologies (AI, Machine Learning)
