About Our Client As the Head of Marketing for a global FMCG company, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy for the company's operations in the Philippines. Job Description Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities and channels. P&L Management: Take ownership of the profit and loss statement for the Philippines market. Develop and execute marketing plans that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. Marketing Communication and Media Planning: Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing communication campaigns to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective media plans and optimize marketing investments. New Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products tailored to the Philippine market. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market successfully. Category Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive category plans that encompass product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies. Identify market trends, analyze competition, and develop strategies to drive market share growth. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. - Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the FMCG industry, preferably with exposure to the Philippine market.
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy development, P&L management, marketing communication, media planning, new product development, and category planning.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and profitability through effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
